| With the updated of education and teaching theory in recent years, developing the ability of the students as the focus of education reform, The scholars response to the requirements of education reform is continuing to explore new teaching mode, However, the research of the cultivation of the students ability of the competency-based teaching-centered ideas mode has become the focus of the scholars. In this study, Experimental method, document method, expert interview and other research methods were used on the basis of the ideological theory of modern education and reference literature related to teaching and research For the study, Physical Education60junior (males)2010who specialized volleyball and a period of48hours of its volleyball teaching experiment were studied from Shanxi Normal University. The writer has attempted to apply the competency-based teaching model what focus on ability training and future career needs to physical education teaching which specialized volleyball and tracking and interviewing all of the research students. The purpose is to reveal whether the competency-based teaching model can be applied to any one Subject like other scholars’Research can also be applied to the teaching of specialized volleyball. Compared to the traditional teaching mode, to make further analysis of the teaching effects (teaching ability, interest in learning, learning attitude, fitness, basic skills of volleyball) under capacity-oriented teaching mode, and analyze the reasons of this phenomenon. Try to provide theoretical basis and data reference for the other counterparts’ relevant research.The major conclusions are listed below:(1) Application of the capacity-oriented teaching mode, which is focusing on ability training and based on future occupational demand, in the volleyball cause for the college physical education specialty is scientific and feasible, and can achieve better teaching results.(2) Compared to the traditional teaching mode, the capacity-oriented teaching mode can have a positive impact on the physical quality of the researching object, such as1min crunches, sit and reach,1min pushups,4×10m shuttle run, vital capacity and so on, but it can’t produce significant impact on standing long jump. The scores of experimental group on vital capacity and4×10m shuttle run are obviously higher than the control group, and the differences were significant.(3)The teaching ability indicators of the experimental group students, such as organizational skills, action demonstration skills, language expression ability, etc., are got improved and enhanced. The differences have obviously significance.(4) Application of the capacity-oriented teaching mode to volleyball cause for the college physical education specialty stimulated students’interest in learning, improved student learning attitude, and made the scores of volleyball skills, such as digging pass(technical evaluation+standard), passing ball (technical evaluation+standard), spiking (technical evaluation+standard), serving ball(technical evaluation+standard),higher than the control group.(5) The volleyball course students’physical quality scores of standing long jump, sit and reach,1min pushups and4×10m shuttle run had highly significant positive correlation to the total scores of spiking, Digging pass and ball serving.(6) To make correlation analysis on teaching ability indicators and basic volleyball skills of volleyball course students, student’ teaching organizational skills and passing score, the total score was positively correlated. Action demonstration skills, wrong action identification skills were respectively positively correlated with the total scores of digging pass, passing ball, serving ball and the difference had statistical sense, and were highly significant positive correlated with the total scores of all skills. The innovation capability in teaching was significant positive correlated with the total scores of all volleyball skills. The overall teaching ability was significant positive correlated with the scores of serving ball and spiking ball, was highly significant positive correlated with the scores of digging pass, passing ball, passing ball and the total scores of four volleyball basic skills, and the difference had statistical sense. |
