The requirement of the new high school physics course, not only focus on certain knowledge, but also on "people-oriented". Now, high school students are not to exist as the status of teachers’students and parents’children, but in the presence of the students themselves and the presence of an independent person to exist. The situation, is a challenge for teachers, and is also a kind of harsh training on students. Physics, one of the natural science, all of it are in line with the laws of nature; of course, also conforms to the development of students and teachers, especially the learning and using of physical model are more physically and mentally teachable to teachers and students.Physical model is abstracted from natural law. Along with the progress of the society, it is gradually developed and perfected. Whether in the process of establishing the theory of law, or in the application of the process of social development, it makes a remarkable achievement. While in the process of physics teaching in the middle school, the learning of physics theory and law is that teachers and students are together to reproduce the model abstraction process. The abstraction and intuition of it are unified, that is to say everything is simple and complex. The simplicity of presentation and the complexity of essence, in the process of abstraction, we should find that everything is simple and complex, We should not just look at the appearance of life, and ignore the substance, We must start from the essence of things, ignore the effect of external factors and the secondary unrelated factors, pay attention to the development of ourselves.This paper stared from analyzing the concept, characteristics and development of physical models, aimed to say the importance of physical models in high school on teaching and learning. For teachers, certain physical knowledge, will have a major influence on their studies when it is refers to physical model. At the same time, the study of physical model has great influence on their own lives. It plays an active role for teachers who can distinguish between right and wrong, their influence, the final result of the process of psychological. For students, the learning of physical model is mainly reflected on the learning of physics laws and theory and problem-solving process. It is mains a positive impact of student on knowledge. It will promote huge effect on the learning of physics. At the same time, in the process of physical model’s intensive study, students’ thinking and ability will be improved greatly. However, students are still in the process of getting to know things around them, it will have difficulties, so learning physical model also has adverse effects. The research method is mainly based on researching needs and the conduct of research that should be within its power range.
