Foreign teaching Chinese is an emerging discipline of linguistics, whose main objective is to develop and improve communicative competence in Chinese second language learners. Since the1980s, foreign language teaching research community set off a new wave theory. In recent years, more and more emphasis on language teaching profession to stimulate students’interest in learning the importance of how students learn and master the language knowledge and skills in a relaxed learning atmosphere is a top priority, especially for the initial contact with unfamiliar language beginners students, interest is the best teacher. Author based teaching practice in ten secondary schools in Thailand, targeted to high school students in Thailand to investigate all aspects of the zero-based research, including cognitive style, character, motivation, attitude of the Chinese and classroom performance and so on. Based on the above analysis concluded verified through repeated practice and improve teaching, teaching methods devised comprehensive course suitable for beginners of Chinese high school students, to fully mobilize the students interest and attract students’ attention. This paper describes the image display method, gaming law, questioning method of three teaching methods, each method has the steps and principles as well as after-school teaching effectiveness analysis and reflection operations. I hope to provide a good guide for the material and work-Thai Chinese researchers and practitioners, and foreign language teaching career to do a little humble.
