China’s economic construction and the rapid development of science and technology, the increasingly high demand for vocational technical content and the degree of specialization, the growing demand for composite applications and high-level expertise. Higher education initiative to adapt to the changes, and actively adjust the training objectives, training mode, make great efforts to train high-level professionals with innovative and practical ability. After30years of development, China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education has established a relatively sound disciplines and training system. In order to better promote the development of the cause of graduate education, type of structure, further optimization of the postgraduate gradually graduate education from mainly academic personnel training mode to the Applied Talents main mode transition. Full-time professional degree graduate education is the response to the needs of social development, plays an important role in the cultivation of high-level personnel.In this paper,through analyzing of Nanchang University’s full-time professional degree graduate education course of development, the enrollment, training, degree-granting such links are described. The experience of domestic and foreign professional degree graduate education quality assurance system help us analyze the current situation of China’s full-time professional degree graduate education quality assurance system and problems on the establishment of Nanchang University full-time professional degree graduate education quality assurance system, and put forward the continuous improvement in education the quality of feedback mechanisms and incentives.
