Individualized curriculum construction is a systematic process, which develops school-based features for national curriculum and local curriculum, based on the current situation and the guidance of national education guidelines. At the same time, we select or design the school curriculum, conduct the overall planning and system formation, and adjust the curriculum in all directions in the course of the construction.Individualized curriculum construction is an important part of the ordinary high school curriculum reform. By using the method of literature, this paper summarized the relevant literature of individualized curriculum construction. Also, during the process of research, I found that there were not enough insightful and creative studies on this section.Using the S model senior high school of Beijing as an example, this paper uses observation method, interview method and case study method, to build and expound the whole framework of individualized curriculum, from the curriculum planning, curriculum system, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation aspects. On this basis, the features of S school curriculum construction are summarized.This paper also illustrates several questions which must be handled properly and makes suggestions about the curriculum construction from the ideology, system guarantee, and teachers’ ability aspects.
