Since2001, The New English Curriculum Standards being tested pointedou〃t in〃 the "teaching theorythat this course advocates the Task-basedteaching model", specifically listed in article3of "the teachingsuggestion^that advocate the Task-based teaching approach to cultivatestudent’s comprehensive language using ability. Task-based teaching isa teaching approach that tasks as the core unit of planning, organizinglanguage teaching, it uses specific tasks for learning motivation, theprocess of completing the tasks for learning process, showing the taskresults to embody the teaching achievement.Correctly use Task-basedteaching approach in Rnglish teaching can overcome Uie defects of thetraditional teaching method which give priority to with simple teachlanguage knowledge, maximizing the improvement of students’comprehensive language using ability, so as to achicvc the unity of thelanguage form, meaning and function.Students in different period often have different language abi1i ties,thinking characteristics, learning interests and learning goals.Therefore, in the task-based teaching, the teacher first of al1shouldtake into account the adaptive problems in the teaching of theory andsubject teaching stage, which is to points to consider the specificimplementation of Task-based teaching. In most parts of our country, thethird grade is the starting point of English learning and the initial stageof learning Rnglish systematically. Students in this period generallyhave a strong interest in learning English, their self-confidence andenthusiasm are higher, but since there is no Rngl ish foundation, it willappear one or another difficulties in the learning process. How to combinethe’ characteristics of the students English learning wi th the advantagesof Task-based teaching approach, in order to achieve the goal ofcultivating the students’ comprehensive language using ability, according to the effective teaching theory to design a lesson intask-based teaching, will give this article a suitable location. Theauthor mainly aimed at the problem to investigate, research, and putsforward some ideas and suggestions.This research will be divided into three parts:The first part is the basic research part,it includes three chapters:the first chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the origin, purposeand significance of this research, the research question, researchassumptions, research methods and ideas; The second chapter—literaturereview, it mainly introduces the domestic and foreign research about theTask-based English teaching and Task-based teaching design and researchtrend; Chapter3is the core concept—definition and theoretical basis,it mainly introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis of thisstudy.The second part is the applied research part of this study, it is alsothe core part of this study. It includes two chapters:chapter iv--presentsituation and the demand analysis, first of all, it discusses thatTask-based teaching is fit for primary school English of grade three fromthe requirement of the reform of English teaching and the value oftask-based teaching to students’ English learning. Then, in view of thethird grade students’ English learning situation and the status of thepractical application of the task-based teaching were analyzed, and putforward the necessity of scientifical Task-based teaching design. Thefifth chapter is the focus of this article, the main according to the third’grade students characteristics in various aspects, comprehensivelyanalyze how to scientifically design the Task-based teaching from thechoice of task-based teaching model, learner analysis, content analysis,teaching goal design, the learning task design and the teaching processdesign. The sixth chapter—case analysis and review, on the basis of theoretical research of Task-based teaching design, I will providespecific case analysis and review, and put forward reform suggestions.The third part is the conclusion part, based on the discussion ofprevious chapters, the author gets the main conclusion of this study,presents the research deficiency, and makes a bold imagination of thedirections for future research.
