| At present, more and more primary school teachers of fine arts, has stretched the view from the classroom after class. However, due to limited teaching time and conditions for a long time, the external expansion in the teaching of art is often become a mere formality or the effect not beautiful. This article is in view of the elementary school fine arts teaching outside the school development, analyzes the present situation of research methods in practice to find the ways of off-campus develop reasonable and effective, such as: how to implement in reality guide students to expand outside of classroom teaching, how to carry out scientific and effective promotional activities and so on difficult question in front of us, and hard on how to carry out effective promotional activities to improve understanding of outside.This article is divided into five chapters altogether.
