A Study On The Operational System Of Balanced Development Of Regional Compulsory Education

Education supervision is a series of measures to improve the education work including supervision, inspection, evaluation, instruction and suggestion. In China, Education supervision is a kind of administrative supervision authorized by the people’s governments at or above the country level and it is based on related education policies, regulations and laws. What’s more, Education supervision consists of teaching supervision and political supervision and the latter is a feature of our socialist supervision system. Just as the education administration system in our country that "local government should assume responsibility for compulsory education", the main task of education supervision is also to supervise and direct education work of government at the same or lower level and educational administration.At present, it is an important work for education inspection to carry out inspection and evaluation of the development of regional compulsory education. In2012, the announcement of the ministry of education requires all provinces to inspect and evaluate the development of compulsory education in the country and it means the work of promoting balanced educational development has come into the stage of acceptance. With the research about inspection and evaluation system of the balanced development of regional compulsory education as a framework, this thesis discusses the related problems of Education supervision in S province and tries to propose reasonable suggestions and solutions based on subject of implementation, work contents, implementation procedures.
