Bill Gates said,"The best university is the Internet in the future".Networks among the wide variety of courses in the Internet, video-open-courses have experienced three baptisms. People are thinking behind the large quantities of resources, how to maximize their value.It is also important part in this study. Learning Design is linked to video-open-courses out of this background. Therefore, based on theory and research,this paper explores methods and strategies of video-open-courses learning in terms of learning resource model, the learning environment, activities and processes. It selects the typical video-open-course to practice research. I hope to give effective suggests of learning design of video-open-courses. Based on this study, this paper achieves the following conclusions from three dimensions:1. Learning resources design of video-open-coursesUnder minimizing external cognitive load and increasing the cognitive load, I transfer resources from the single-layer structure into a multi-layered structure. For learning contents to add background knowledge, associated knowledge and their relationship. Knowledge navigation design is the map of knowledge and the resources will be presented by multimedia format.2. Learning environment design of video-open-coursesTo provide cases associated with the problems, show multiple perspectives and methods, provide timely suggestions and comments. When it is necessary to build learning communities to expand the necessary discussion and knowledge sharing. I put the social software into the learning environment to guide learners’thinking for effective learning activities3. Learning activities and processes design of video-open-coursesTo put activity into center and divide learning unit by sets. A learning unit corresponds to a activity and a activity may consist of one or several learning tasks. Learning tasks are as realistic as possible and expressed by problem. Manifestation of the problem may be a statement of operating procedures or operational processes. Learning experience,works,reports etc. are rendered to be learning outcomes,Using multiple evaluation methods to be evaluated. The whole learning process is semi-mandatory, guiding, so that students can learn at a certain steps.
