Compared with the traditional writing class, Information Technology have taken a lot of changes in creating a free learning environment, providing rich materials, widing channels for writing and modification. However, it was found that there are no suitable writing platforms for the primary school groups. Therefore choosing and playing the role of existing platform, finding a pattern which is suitable for the current software and hardware are problems to be solved urgently for developing E-learning project research. This paper, through the collaborative application of Moodle and E-schoolbag in Chinese writing courses, which is in grade five of Baiyunyuan School for one semester, to explore the application model and effect of dual-platform using in writing courses collaboratively.This study is using Constructivism as a guide. On the basis of the basic theory and instructional design of E-learning, especially in Moodle and E-schoolbag, the junction of dual-platform and writing courses is divided into three dimensions, which are creating environment, providing resources and realizing interaction. According to Chinese curriculum standard, teaching framework is designed into six stages, which including making poster, the first writing, the second writing, making the outline, the third writing, making E-books. The properties, structures, functions of Moodle and E-schoolbag are full used to create a true and meaningful learning environment, to provide rich and high quality resources, to realize interaction of multi-agent, multi-level and multi-way in fifth grade Chinese writing class, and gradually integrated into the six stages of class. It can make fundamental changes in class.The paper explores the student’s change of learning with dual-platform. Interviews, classroom observation and questionnaires are adopted as the main research methods. The original writing data can be collected from the dual-platform. The relevant data analysis which formed by various stages found that:writing with dual-platform can expand the words and fluent the text, student participate in writing actively and willing to write.This paper designs a solution based on dual-platform. The solution, with a certain amount of guidance, can help teachers to improve the present writing class and promote the dual-platform applying in writing courses collaboratively to improve.
