"Choking" phenomenon often occurs in some big games, it isinterpreted as: under pressure, habitual exercise occurred during the execution ofdecay phenomenon. It is a key research topic in today’s international sportspsychology, mainly for basketball players, shooting athletes and table tennis athletes.It was concerned in badminton because some famous athletes ruin their gold medaldream at the crucial moment due to psychological reasons frequently.This paper uses literature, interview, experiment, questionnaire andmathematical statistics as research methods, youth badminton players as the researchobject. Pressure and attention instructions experimental design methods were testedwithin the design of two factors, combined with three stable personality traits(self-awareness, competitive trait anxiety and locus of control) studies, bymathematical analysis, the main analysis of personal badminton athletesself-awareness, competitive trait anxiety, locus of control type of "Choking" forecastsas well as its investigate the occurrence "Choking" factors Affecting phenomena. Inaddition, compared with other sports, it reveals similarities and differences in theoccurrence of "Choking" Phenomenon and badminton player under pressure"Choking" psychological mechanism. This study will combine the study of specialfeatures on the basis of previous badminton studies, helping coaches and athletes tocomprehensively understand “Choking" Phenomenon and psychological mechanismsin this area and providing scientific reference for future research. It also provides ascientific basis for the selection of a strong theoretical and mental training ofbadminton athletes in the future.In this study, the experimental hypothesis is confirmed as the followingconclusions:1Pressure and attention to instructions tee has had significant impact on theefficiency of the main effects on youth badminton players, however, the interactionbetween the two was not significant.2The key factors impact of Badminton Athletes "Choking" phenomenon arepublic self-consciousness, locus of control (external control type), capable ofeffectively predicting the "Choking" Phenomenon, the three independent variablescan effectively explain51.9%"Choking "index variation, public self-consciousness,locus of control (external control type) for" Choking "index has significant regressioneffect, β values were0.578and0.427.3Two is a certain link between badminton athletes’ self-consciousness, competitive trait anxiety and locus of control.
