The phenomenon of "Choking" is a phenomenon of "play aberration" that occurs at a crucial moment in a competitive competition. The phenomenon causes many excellent teams or individuals to end up with the result of "opposing victory and losing".Therefore, the study of "Choking" phenomenon is of great significance to competitive sports training and competition. In this study,60 college basketball players of different levels were studied, that is,in the first stage, whether the results of high and low level basketball players changed after the change of attention point and the appearance of "Choking";The second stage of the experiment was to test whether the high and low level athletes under different stress conditions found the change of performance and the occurrence of "Choking" phenomenon. After two stages of experimental research on basketball players, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The average value of the results of the two free throw tests with different attention points was 14.73 + 2.449 and 13.27 + 1.701,and the results of the two tests had significant difference(P < 0.01).The result of this experiment shows that when the basketball players in the high level group turn their attention to specific shooting techniques during the free throw test, the test results are significantly decreased, that is,the phenomenon of "Choking" appears.2.The average of the results of the two free throw tests with different attention points was 5.566 + 2.160 and 6.100 + 1.701;the results of the two tests had significant difference(P < 0.05).This conclusion shows that the low level athletes are in the free throw test. When you turn your attention to specific shooting techniques during the trial,The results increased significantly, and there was no "Choking" phenomenon.3.The average value of the results of the two five-point shooting tests of the high level athletes under different stress situations was 9.52 + 3.378 and7.07 + 2.814,and the results of the two tests had significant difference(P <0.01).The results showed that the athletes in the high level group had a significant difference(P < 0.01).In high-pressure situations, the scores of five-point shooting test decreased significantly. That is,there is a "Choking" phenomenon.4.The average result of the five-point shooting test under the high stress condition was 7.41 + 2.377,when the athletes in the high level group had "Choking" phenomenon again. The result of the final test was not significantly different from that of the first five-point shooting test under the high-pressure scenario(P > 0.05).The results of this experiment show that the self-adjustment of athletes can not effectively alleviate the phenomenon of "Choking" under the high-pressure situation.5.The average results of the five-point shooting test for the low level athletes under different stress scenarios were 2.43 + 1.455 and 2.33 + 1.373.There was no significant difference between the two tests(P > 0.05).The result of this experiment shows that there is no significant difference in the score of five-point shooting test in the low level group under the high-pressure situation, and there is no "Choking" phenomenon.
