Students’ happiness is the foundation and an essential part of family happiness and thepeople’s happiness, the starting point and the ultimate goal of school education. School educationnot only lays the foundation for the students’ lifelong development, but is also responsible for thestudents’ lifelong happiness. At present, in particular, in the great historical progress of ChineseDream aiming to realize economic prosperity, national rejuvenation and people’s happiness, thestudents’ happiness demands a stronger sense of mission and responsibility on the part of teachersand schools. The present study investigates the current state of campus happiness of fourth-yearprimary school students, analyzes the factors that impact the happiness, explores methods to raiseprimary school students’ happiness, so as to make them happy in school education and campus life.This study comprises three stages on the basis of research on93fourth-year pupils of theschool where I work, including questionnaires and analysis of status quo at the preparation stage,educational interference and adjustment at the implementation stage, and result comparison andsynthesis at the conclusion stage. Before the interference, research and analysis are conducted onthe status quo of primary students’ feeling of happiness and the influencing factors; according tothe analysis, educational interference is devised in an effort to enhance the students’ campushappiness; after the interference, a comparison is made against the results before it, demonstratingthe effectiveness of strategies deployed to raise the primary students’ feeling of happiness. Theeffective strategies are:Strategy One: The fostering of happy teachers can raise the students’ happiness in terms ofinterpersonal relations.Teachers’ happiness is the source of students’ happiness in campus life. The increase ofteachers’ happiness is the key to the harmonious relationships among students and betweenteachers and students and to the boost of students’ happiness in campus life.Strategy Two: The innovation of ethic activities can raise the students’ happiness in terms ofthe atmosphere of their activities.Campus activities are students’ favorite campus life where they find the most happiness, and100%of the students mentioned participation in campus activities with their classmates as their most happy thing. On the basis of educational activities, practical activities, cultural activities, clubactivities, psychological education activities, appraisal activities and home-school activities, moreenjoyable activities can be created to raise students’ happiness in their campus life.Strategy Three: Establishment of human-oriented courses can raise the students’ happiness interms of action freedom. The opening of school courses that meet students’ individual demandsand entitlement for students to select their favorite courses can offer more freedom to students’action on campus, so that their happiness can be raised.Strategy Four: Creation of student-oriented classes can raise the students’ happiness in termsof academic achievements. Creation of student-oriented classes, and practice of four strategies oflearning before teaching, teaching dependent on learning, more learning than teaching and teachingappraisal according to learning, can give the classes back to students, alleviating students’ pressure,and giving full play to students’ individuality, so that their sense of happiness can be enhanced.
