The sense of well-being in student schools plays an important role in cultivating students' abilities to feel happy,moving from a positive and optimistic attitude towards complicated social problems in life.This study investigates the current status of school well-being of senior high school students,analyzes the influencing factors,and finally puts forward suggestions for improving the sense of well-being in upper-grade primary school students.Research methods: This study compiled “the student school well-being scale“based on Tian Lili's "A list of youth school happiness".This scale consists of three dimensions: school satisfaction,positive emotion and negative emotion at school.School satisfaction subscale,including students relationship satisfaction,teacher-student relationship and school management and environmental satisfaction,sense of personal achievement satisfaction in 4 dimensions.The positive emotion of the school and the negative emotion at school were made by Tian Lili's scale,which were14 items.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 630 senior students in primary school in Shandong Province.Combined with interviews with 6 senior students in primary school,the factors influencing the happiness of senior students in primary school were systematically discussed.The results show that: The elementary school higher grades students' school happiness level is higher.In each dimension,Boys' school happiness is lower than that of girls' school happiness.Boarding school students are less happy than nonresident school well-being.The outgoing student school has a high sense of happiness,and the inward student school has a lower sense of happiness.Students with special interests in music have a high level of happiness,students with a lack of hobby are significantly less happy.In terms of whether or not to serve as a cadre variable,the level of well-being of students in school schools as a class cadre is higher than that of students who did not serve as cadres.In the dimension of average daily working hours,the happiness of students' school schools gradually decreases as the daily working hours increase.In view of the results of the data analysis,the reasons for the problems are analyzed and the countermeasures to improve the school happiness of the primaryschool students are put forward :through the establishment of a caring relationship between teachers and students and improving interpersonal skills,the level of school happiness of schoolboys can be improved;the level of school happiness of school students can be improved by adopting timely care for children,creating a comfortable living environment,and creating a harmonious student relationship;improve the level of school happiness in students by improving interpersonal relationships in schools,increasing personal satisfaction,and reducing negative emotions at school;through the provision of opportunities for self-fulfillment and positive emotions in schools,the school's level of well-being for students lacking in hobbyism is raised;students who have never served as class cadres are promoted through ways to enhance their personal sense of accomplishment,properly handle student relations,and democratically manage classes;improve the level of well-being of students' schools in schools that take too long to complete each day by reducing workload,adjusting negative emotions,and improving learning efficiency.
