The undergraduate tutorial system is not only an emerging exploring new teaching system for culturing talents in Chinese higher education reform but also a powerful gripper to improve higher education quality. It is an interactive teaching system in the context of the two-way choice between teachers and students, by teachers of strong professional quality and moral character excellent both as the undergraduate tutors, who personalized and comprehensive guide students on learning, moral character, life, psychology and so on.At present our country has been carried out undergraduate tutorial system in the colleges and universities, Although it has yield some achievements, but there is still a lot of problems, the superiority of the undergraduate tutorial system has not been fully demonstrated, both macro and micro reasons, but the fundamental shackles that grasp the essence of the undergraduate tutorial system and flexible use. In view of this, this article will take the Hebei Normal University as an example to study undergraduate tutorial system from a small point of view.The main text consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction, including raise of problem, the significance, review of relevant research at home and abroad,methods of research and Innovations of research.The second part is an overview of undergraduate tutorial system, which analyze the concept of undergraduate tutorial system, theoretical foundation, development of undergraduate tutorial system at home and abroad, as well as the role and mode of undergraduate tutorial system on the basis of combing the relevant literature.The third part is a survey on the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in Hebei Normal University. The present situation of the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in Hebei Normal University was investigated and analyzed by using the method of questionnaire and interview.The fourth part is the problems and reasons in the implementation process of undergraduate tutorial system. Based on the questionnaire and interview, this paper analyzes the main problems in the implementation process of the undergraduate tutorial system from five aspects, and analyzes the reasons for the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system from three aspects of ideology, organization and system.The last part is the suggestions on improvement of undergraduate tutorial system. Combined with the actual situation of the school, putting forward three aspects of strategy which are ideological emphasis, Organizational follow-up and system guarantee. The purpose of the study is to explore suitable undergraduate tutorial system for Hebei Normal University, and it also provides a reference for similar institutions.
