The curriculum standards have been developed and used in many countries since the1980s. Since then, the researchers begun to focus on the evaluation of academic achievement based on the standards. On the beginning of the century, the reformation of new curriculum has been pushed in various regions of China by the promulgation of curriculum standards. It was ruled that curriculum standards is the basis to write textbooks, teaching, assessment and examination and it is the basis to manage and evaluate the curriculum for the country in Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial). As far as we know the college entrance examination plays an important role among the various tests. So it is very important for us to research the consistency between the college entrance examination and the curriculum standards.Firstly the author defines the nuclear concepts related to the study. And then a mature model on the consistency researching was introduced. At the same time concluding and introducing the achievement in order to provide the theoretical basis and the support to researching. Secondly we choose one model on the consistency which is appropriate to the study and make it proper on the basis of the curriculum standards of physics in our high school and the actual situation of the college entrance examination papers in physics. Beyond that the author analyzed the standard of content in the curriculum standard in order to establish a framework to evaluate consistency of the theme and the cognitive level.At the same time the theme and the cognitive level were encoded and normalized. Then using the framework to encode the test questions in terms of the theme and the cognitive level in college entrance examination from2007to2013in order to build a two-dimensional matrix and make it standardized. Besides, the author made a comparison between the standard and test papers and analyzed the degree of agreement and calculated the consistency coefficient consistency by using the Potter formula. Finally, we received the tendency of the investigation in the theme and the cognitive level in college entrance examination from2007to2013and analyzed the difference between these papers and discussed the reasons.After the analysis of the dates, some conclusions can be received as follows:1. The consistency is not very obvious between the curriculum standards and the college entrance examination from2007to2013. 2. Compared with the standards, the investigation of the theme in the test papers concentrated on these contents such as:The description of the movement、Interaction and The law of motion、Electric circuit、Electric field and Magnetic field. It almost occupied50%of the scores about the investigation of the theme of the compulsory modules in test papers.3. The changes of the investigation about these themes is very obvious such as:The description of the movement Interaction and The law of motion、Mechanical energy、 Electric circuit and Alternating current in the test papers. On the contrary the investigation is relatively stable on Projectile motion、Achievements and limitations of classical mechanics、Electromagnetic induction and some themes in3-3elective module.4. The investigation about the cognitive levels concentrated on these levels such as Understanding and Application. Compared with the content standards the investigation on realizing level has been reduced. On the contrary the investigation on these levels such as Knowing、Understanding and Application had been increased.Finally, the author summarized the result and found out the deficiencies in the study. In the meantime, some recommendations were put forward for the following studies.
