In the language teaching, reading teaching occupies a very important position.Reading activities related to the intrinsic quality and aesthetic taste of individuals, reveals the spiritual accomplishment and spiritual pursuit of personal. Reading with the life of people, reading process contributes to the human mind, beautify the thought emotion influenced by the spirit, has the feeling. Bacon also said:"reading makes a full man". Reading can expand students’reading vision, enrich the students’ language emotion. At the same time, reading can help students daily writing skills and language expression ability.Reading teaching in the new curriculum reform to the traditional "to teach"has brought the huge impact, this study focuses on the concept of the new curriculum, in order to "teach less, learn more" philosophy of education to the interpretation of the teaching of Chinese reading, analysis of inquiry reading teaching related problems and strategies.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part:the overview of research background, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the main contents of the study, the significance of topics and research methods, so that people understand the "teach less, learn more" education thought.The second part:the typical paradigm of Chinese reading teaching and puzzles, to make people out of the traditional reading teaching model, the "teach less, learn more" education concept to the modern reading teaching.The third part:the "teach less, learn more connotation" of education concept, mainly from the concept, origin, connotation, theoretical basis,"teaching" and "learning","teach less, learn"education practice, and the significance and other aspects to be analytical.The fourth part:according to the practical needs of Chinese reading teaching, teaching Chinese reading "teach less, learn more" strategy, to guide the future teaching work.The topics in the course of the study, mainly to the current status of Chinese reading teaching as the starting point, the basic idea of the new curriculum reform as the basis, through the combination of theoretical and practical case to explain the teaching of reading:"teach less, learn more" strategy, combined with his own teaching practice puts forward some superficial views and countermeasures.
