Up to today, Physical Education Model in China to carry out research has nearly20years, the previous researcher has point out that the teaching mode aims to finish a certain instructional objectives and teaching task under the guidance of a theoretical system. The diversified instructional objectives and dynamic teaching process determines that it needs a variety of teaching modes in order to achieve teaching objectives and complete the task of teaching. Cooperative learning, self-study; heuristic; experience; the research study of teaching mode; promote the optimization and integration of structural optimization methods and teaching physical education process.Faced with these many outstanding sports teaching mode, teachers how to choice the Physical Education Model according to the teaching, required the teachers use the creative thought to make a decision.With the emergence of a variety of teaching modes, Schema Theory is applied to the field of teaching mode pedagogical table tennis gradually attracted the attention of researchers. They think that form of teaching as well as top-down type technology teach, weakening the overall conceptual table tennis technical knowledge, ignoring the quality of students’ cognitive development role. In this study, Schema Theory as an entry point, combining research methods of psychology, education, training, science and systems theory, from the four aspects of schema to establish, activate, use and consolidate to analyze the table tennis, then throughout the experimental study to sum up the role of development proposals and table tennis teaching schema theory.Firstly this Paper analyses related conceptions and theories of Schema Theory from the theoretical source, background and functional characteristics present the theme.With the support of this theoretical method, this paper through teaching experiments to test schema theory applied to the effectiveness of teaching table tennis, especially use of the experimental group and the control group for the comparison, comparing the experimental group and the control group of students in the basic skills of table tennis, competitions practicality and respect differences in depth understanding of a single technology for table tennis, and then analyze the impact of teaching on the role of schema theory on college students learning ability.Experimental results indicate that:(1) using the schema theory to table tennis teaching can promote students basic motor skills;(2) using the schema theory to table tennis teaching can effectively improve students’ the level of competition;(3) using the schema theory to table tennis teaching is more conducive to students deep understanding the single technology of table tennis;(4) using the schema theory to table tennis is able to help improve students’ learning efficiency;(5) the "schema" analysis of table tennis knowledge in favor of sublimation student’s way of thinking.
