Research On Community Service Project Evaluation Under CIPP Mode

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC proposed that Chinese path to modernization is a modernization in which material civilization and spiritual civilization are coordinated.Material and spiritual prosperity are the fundamental requirements of socialist modernization,and the Party and government attach importance to improving the quality of life of all residents.At this stage,the main contradictions in our society have changed,and the living needs of residents have also changed.In this context,the establishment of social service projects to meet the growing needs of residents should be residents oriented,and social service projects should be designed and implemented based on their needs.Taking the "Happiness XS" community service project as an example,guided by demand theory,starting from the perspective of residents’ needs,this article uses the CIPP evaluation model to evaluate the community service project,and discusses the current problems and improvement measures of the "Happiness XS" community service project.This study mainly adopts qualitative research methods.When collecting data,it uses methods such as interview,observation,and literature review to evaluate the project’s background,input,process,and results.Through evaluation,it is found that the implementation of the "Happiness XS" community service project is guaranteed by funds,policies,personnel,participation,and other aspects,making project design and implementation possible.At the same time,the evaluation found that there are currently problems in the project,such as differences in the setting up of the project content and the corresponding needs of residents,the effect of household visits remaining superficial,the imbalance in the service content of urban communities and resettlement communities,the large differences in residents’ participation in different content of the "Happiness XS" community service project,the challenges faced by voluntary service projects,and the lack of professional supervision and guidance for the "Happiness XS" community service project.Based on the above,this study proposes seven suggestions for project optimization:exploring the real needs of the "Happiness XS" community service project,widely attracting residents to participate in the "Happiness XS" community service project,improving the ability of community workers in the "Happiness XS" community service project,gradually realizing the equalization of the "Happiness XS" community service content,conducting regular evaluation of the "Happiness XS" community service project Implement the regulatory mechanism and departments for the "Happiness XS" community service project,and strengthen the publicity of the "Happiness XS" community service project.This study focuses on the community service needs of residents,and explores the satisfaction of needs and countermeasures for improving community service projects.
