With the rapid development of era and arrival of learning society, teachers are facing with new problems and challenges; pre-service teacher education curriculum is the most important central premise in the process of teacher training, it should help future teachers to be ready for anything and make them solve emerging issues and new challenges. Curriculum as an important carrier and basic ways to achieve the target of pre-service teacher training, directly related to the future professional growth and value orientation of teachers, is the key stage of forming professional awareness, mastering specialized knowledge and having professional competence for teachers. So it becomes particularly important to rethink pre-service teacher education curriculum by a new perspective.In this study, in order to grasp the situation of pre-service teacher education curriculum, I made a questionnaire survey that objects are free normal students from Beijing normal university, Shaanxi normal university and Huazhong normal university. I made an interview survey which object is in-service teacher. What’s more, the main research methods are reflection from teacher professional growth, the unity of teachers’ education, the value orientation of teacher training.The study is divided into four parts. In the first part, the thesis first introduces the origin of the study, and made a deep discussion on current situation of pre-service teacher education curriculum both at home and abroad. Through analyzed them and in the end of this part, the objective and meaning, thoughts and contents, research methods of this thesis, as well as innovations and flaws in this thesis are proposed, all of these laid the foundation of follows study. In the second part, through investigating the current situation of pre-service teacher education curriculum, finally founding the satisfaction and suggestions from normal students and teachers. All results provided the first-hand dater and reference for the third part. In the third part, combing the results of investigation and training program of three normal universities and reflected the current situation of curriculum from three perspectives, and finally the problems of curriculum are founded and discussed. In the fourth part, the thesis proposed the suggestions based on before study which can improve the current pre-service teacher education curriculum and solve the existed problems. Through the reflective research of pre-reflective of teacher education curriculum, from teacher professional growth, the unity of teachers’education, the value orientation of teacher training, it exist follow inadequate, such as the object and task of training are ambiguous, the structure of curriculum is unreasonable, the cultivation of students ability and inner quality are ignored, relaying on curriculum standards undue and so on. In order to solve these problems, the thesis proposed some strategies according to three theoretical perspectives and practical needs of teachers. Such as laying down the specific training objectives, reasonable structure of curriculum, scientific course content and ample teaching methods.The conclusion reached as follows:first of all, for the purpose of avoiding the problems that training object is ambiguous in all stages of teacher’s education, so formulate a clear objective is very necessary and important. According to study, pre-service teacher education should focus on normal students’theoretical knowledge, including professional awareness, education-related knowledge, teachers’ability in the future, and interior quality and so on. All of these will lay the foundation of achieving the unity of teachers’education and avoid the disadvantages of instrumental rationality. Additionally, the proportion of courses should be rationalized and scientific. University should encourage students learn autonomous, to achieve this goal, increase the proportion of curriculum about teacher education and elective course is becoming particularly important. And improve the situation that is "discipline center". Moreover, how to choose the curriculum content is the key to make curriculum better. In order to train normal teachers’overall quality, curriculum should make a progress not only on rich knowledge, but also on good quality. What’s more, to make curriculum better, the content should scientific, precision, synthesized. Finally, the premise of promoting the communication of students and teachers is enriching the teaching methods, to achieve normal students learning content and education truly.
