An Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Employment Competitiveness Of College Students And The Countermeasures

This paper studies the factors of impact on the competitiveness for the graduate employment. At the first, I analyze of the overall employment situation of Chinese university students. Paper offers the definitions of competitiveness for the graduate employment and analyzes the three parts of the competitiveness for the graduate employment. Subsequent analysis of the influence of College Students’employment competitiveness of the internal and external factors, and according to the influence of College Students’ employment competitiveness factors are presented to strengthen the college students’ employment competitiveness and the corresponding countermeasures.We divided all the factors into two parts:one is external factors, the other is internal factors. And draws the related conclusion, external factors such as society、 education、enterprise、family and other aspects of employment competitiveness of college students have certain effect;the internal factors of College Students’ quality in all aspects of the employment competitiveness of college students have different effects.According to the above analysis result, evaluation given for the all factors of impact on the competitiveness for the Graduate Employment. And there are a lot of comments on improve graduates’ competitiveness for society、enterprise、universities and graduates themselves.
