De Beaugrande and Dressler defined textuality as cohesion, coherence, intentionality,acceptability,informativity,situatedness and intertextuality.This dissertation studies the situatedness of teaching texts prepared for Thai pupils who studies Chinese as the second language. The teaching texts includes written texts such as text books and teaching plans, as well as oral texts such as teaching processes. We conclude the achieve meanings of textual stuatedness,and the difficulties of constructing it as well as its solution. We hope the academia could paid more closer attention on the textual situation construction,and made reformation on the Chinese language teaching situation.Belows are the trains of thought of this dissertationFirst, we make cognitive linguistic our theoretical basis, analyses the psychological mechanism and principles of readers who are trying to construct a textual situation. We think that, the situational constructive attempt is processed like this, readers activated an ICM through the reading practice, and then filled it to the full. Based on it, we purposed4principles of the situation construction.Second, we purposed9textual devices and4other pedagogics which helped pupils to construct the textual situation, we analyses them with many teaching cases.At last, we analyze the difficulties in the situation construction, and purpose its solution.
