As soon as Lifelong education concept has been put forward, it gets the attentionof the international community, until accepted by the whole world. And carrying outinformal education is an essential way to realize lifelong education.Community studycenter(CLCS) is a kind of informal education. Under the promoted by UNESCO, itplays an important part in practicing idea of life-long study concept, and realizinguniversal education. The function of CLCS has been fully worked in education forilliteracy and the rural practical skills training. Thereout, experience of CLCS ispopularly expanded in developing countries.This study makes shangri-la county RenAn community study center as objectthrough document analysis method and the field study method aimed to investigatingand analyzing management of resources in shangri-la county RenAn communitystudy center, understanding the source, characteristics, content, effect and existingproblems of subject in detail of the RenAn community study center, thinking itscountermeasures, putting forward the Suggestions to solve the problem, and at thesame time, providing some reference for other ethnic areas’ community study center.Through the study, it has been found that resources take part in the developmentof community study center in shangri-la county RenAn mainly by the network,administrators, and other channels and show their resources through learningknowledge, cultural knowledge, other areas. After analyzing existing problems ofresources management in the RenAn community study center, propose projects tostrengthen the management of resources in community learning center, strengthen themanagement and training of full-time and part-time teachers, strengthen themanagement and selection of volunteers, pay more attention to adjust the community residents’ demand, form the proposal of alternating resources.In this paper, a total of four parts:The first part, introduction. Introduce the reason and significance of selectedtopics, concepts and theoretical basis of the study of the paper, the existing literaturereview, make research method and train of thought clearly.The second part, is a overview of the shangri-la county RenAn communitylearning center. Discusses internal and external environment the for the developmentof RenAn community learning center, the foundation of the concept and the basicsituation of the community.The third part is an analyzing of resources management in the shangri-la countyRenAn community study center. Mainly includes the basic premise of RenAncommunity learning center, the main body source, content and characteristics ofdescription, combed the RenAn community study center the basic situation of personresource management.The fourth part, is the analyzing on management results of resources people inthe shangri-la county RenAn community study center, on problems and Suggestions,and finally, puts forward the RenAn community on the development of our learningcenter.
