"Plateau phenomenon" is a professional vocal problem prevalent in the learningprocess, which is due to exercises that curve forward wavy law vocal learning. Afterthe initial stage of student learning, few people can continue to maintain a stronglinear upward trend, there is bound during the period of study is in stagnation or evenregression. Generally, at this time the enthusiasm of students will greatly reduced,there will be psychological tiredness, weariness or apparent rejection of emotionallearning, as well as severe learning to abandon the idea and so on. This wouldnormally students improve learning and achievement have been affected, so inteaching, to pay attention to this phenomenon.In this paper, after analyzing the relevant literature, a random sample of150college students conducted a questionnaire survey vocal music, and vocal learning themeaning of "plateau phenomenon", performance, and other reasons to do a morethorough analysis, focusing on discusses how to effectively help students overcomepsychological barriers and shorten plateau, etc. The aim is for students to get throughthis stage quickly and smoothly into the high level of learning.
