We randomly selectedexperimental classes and control classes, each class of40badminton teachingexperiment. Experimental class used autonomy-collaboration teaching method andcontrol classes used traditional teaching method. Before the experiment, throughphysical and psychological cognitive tests, there were no significant differences inphysical and psychological cognitive between two class’ students, it meets the testrequirements. Through a semester of teaching experiment, we analyzed the results ofeach effect of the teaching experiment between experimental classes and controlclasses.Experimental results showed that:(1) autonomy-collaboration teaching method which applied to colleges and universities’ sports badminton teaching can improve thebadminton basic skills obviously.(2)autonomy-collaboration teaching method whichapplied to colleges and universities’ sports badminton teaching can improvemotivation levels.(3) autonomy-collaboration teaching method which applied tocolleges and universities’ sports badminton teaching can enhance the students’independent co-awareness and ability levels.(4) autonomy-collaboration teachingmethod which applied to colleges and universities’ sports badminton teaching canform a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and a pleasant learningenvironment for students to truly experience the fun of the sport.(5)autonomy-collaboration teaching method which applied to colleges and universities’sports badminton teaching have a certain role in the impact on the physical fitness ofcollege students, but did not show significant difference in statistic and there was nostatistically significant.(6) autonomy-collaboration teaching method which applied tocolleges and universities’ sports badminton teaching have a certain role in the impacton the level of learning interests, but did not show significant difference in statisticand there was no statistically significant.(7) autonomy-collaboration teaching methodwhich applied to colleges and universities’ sports badminton teaching have a certainrole in the impact on the level of social behavior ability, but did not show significantdifference in statistic and there was no statistically significant. Conclusion: From the above experimental results, we can know that, theautonomy-collaboration teaching method accord the people-oriented advancedconcepts of modern university physical education, determine the status ofstudent-centered learning, and through a chain of teaching students to change themfrom passive to initiative. The use of autonomy-collaboration teaching methodcan effectively develop and improve students’ badminton technical level, fitness andpsychological aspects of ability, it is very conducive to promoting the developmentand popularity of badminton in colleges and universities, so the use ofautonomy-collaboration teaching method in university sports badminton electivecourses is effective and is worth vigorously advocated.
