21st century is the time of information and Internet, everyone wholives in this century should own the ability of collecting, processing andissuing the information. Network has been the main means for people tocollect and issue the information. In this background, how to combinenetwork technology with junior high school physics teaching, so as totrain the students’ self studying, cooperative learning and inquiry ability?And how to take full advantage of Internet in physics educationalresource? These problems always haunt every physics teacher fromjunior high school.Physics is one of the basic courses in junior high school. Thenetwork, with the characters of large amount of information, fast updateand good alternateness, is a good way to help teaching. If we use theInternet educational resource during the process of teaching basicknowledge, we will not only satisfy the students’ different wants, but alsoimprove the teaching quality.In this thesis, the author first did a survey,141students from twoclasses of Grade3and one classe of Grade2of junior high school as thecase study, on the utilization of Internet resource in physics. After thesurvey, the author basically got some certain factors which limit thejunior high school students to make full use of the Internet physicseducational resource. Then, combining with the teaching methodology,pedagogical psychology, and cognitive theory, the author drew theconclusions that lead to the ineffective utilization of Internet in physicseducational resource. Finally, in the light of the above mentionedproblems, the author put forward some measures and teaching strategieson how to increase the utilization of the physics Internet resource.
