Physics is a basic curriculum in the scientific field of middle school. Theimprovement of physics teaching can promote the students’ accomplishments and abilities.Because of this, scientific literacy of mankind can be greatly advanced.Through teaching practice, the writer has found there’s a big gap between physicsteaching of junior high school and senior high school. Some students give up the physicsstudy, even the entire science study, for they can make a breakthrough in their study. Thethesis not only analyses the impediments to bridging the gap but also provides logicalteaching strategy to bridge physics of junior high school and senior high school. At thesame time, the writer makes full use of teaching cases to advance the continuity of physicsstudy. In addition, the writer hopes the study can give effective inspiration to the teachingof other subjects. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is ‘Introduction’, including thebackground of research, the significance of research, and the current situation of physicsteaching between junior high school and senior high school. This part also points out theprinciples and significance of bridging physics study. The second part is ‘Basic theory’.This part shows the necessity of the research. The third part is ‘The current situation ofphysics teaching in junior high school and senior high school’. The fourth part is ‘Teachingstrategy to bridge physics teaching in junior high school and senior high school’. The fifthpart is ‘Teaching feedback’. This part shows how to bridge the physics study in a betterway with the above strategy. The sixth part is ‘Conclusion’.
