Research On The Construction Of Campus Safety Routine Management System In Secondary School

According to the laws and regulations in China, such as “Law of the People’sRepublic of China on the Protection of Minors” and “Law of prevention of juveniledelinquency of the People’s Republic of China”, campus safety management canincarnate the idea of “running schools by law”. Campus Safety Management Systemsare series of rules that enacted to controling accidents, eliminating security risks,reducing property lossing and making school to reach a certain level of safety. It aimsto provide a safe environment to every teacher and student as well as standardize theirpersonnel conduct. Therefore, establishing and perfecting the school Campus SafetyManagement Systems has become an essencial part in guaranteeing school security.Vocational schools are different from other kinds of schools for its students arein differrent levels which makes its hard in running a shool. As to Campus SafetyManagement Conventional Systems, there are defects in enacting it such as lacking oftheoretical guidance, lacking of pertinence as well as programmatic policies. Inaddition, some systems are existing in name only. Thus, Campus Safety ManagementConventional Systems constuction is the fundamental work of campus securitymanagement which can not only maintain the shool safety and reduce the students’accidents, but also can guarantee shools to conduct safety education effectively andlet every tearcher and student are able to study and work in orderly procedure.Take Pu’er Vocational Education Center as subject, this research conduct asurvey based on the two aspects that one is constitution of Campus SafetyManagement Conventional Systems and the other is implementation of CampusSafety Management Conventional Systems. According to the research, we expect toobtian detailed understanding on the construction of the Campus Safety ManagementConventional Systems at present and at the same time find out the the existingproblems. Ground on the existing problems that is found during the research, thecauses will be analysed and the countermeasure will be put forward.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction which introduces the research background, the significance of the research, the literature review and the methods of the study.The second part is the basic theory part which mainly includes the definition ofsafety, school safety, safety management, school safety management and CampusSafety Management Conventional Systems. Meanwhile, the purpose, the extent ofCampus Safety Management Conventional Systems and the relevant theoretical basisare cleared in this part.The third part is the investigation part in which the specific investigation onCampus Safety Management Conventional Systems of Pu’er Vocational EducationCenter and its problems are discussed.The fourth part contains the reflection on how to construct the Campus SafetyManagement Conventional Systems in Pu’er Vocational Education Center. In thispart, the author also put forward the suggestion and countermeasures.In a word, This study aims to obtian detailed understanding on the constructionof Campus Safety Management Conventional Systems in Pu’er Vocational EducationCenter at present and at the same time find out the the existing problems. Counteringon the problems, the study hopes to put forward the practical countermeasures forsafety system construction of Pu’er Vocational Education Center.
