In the recent year, with the development of the study of test anxiety of middleschool students’ test anxiety of mentoring in further improve and refine. To testanxiety intervention strategy and mode of in-depth research and development, toexplore a series of standard and scientific mode of group counseling and manual is asnecessary. To compile a book for senior three students, has a normative, scientificguidance and test anxiety group guidance handbook is crucial, not only for senior3students examination anxiety relief plays an important role and significance. Inaddition to more effective to carry out the test anxiety psychology practitioners groupguidance is also has strong practical significance.This study to carry out group counseling learning strategy point of view, and onthis basis of group guidance manual. Research, first of all, with open interviews,collecting students’ common learning strategies lack a common performance of testanxiety, develop the high three students learning strategies lack of test anxiety scale,through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and other aspectsof the inspection, the final standardized scale; According to the previous group coachand mentor guidance materials, content analysis and induction, eventually formed acenter for learning strategy test anxiety group guidance manual; To test theapplication effect of manual, the research adopts the experimental method andquestionnaire investigation, to explore the effect of the questionnaire. Study throughthe process of the following aspects: Learning strategy as the center of test anxietygroup guidance manual is compiled by the theory review, lack of learning strategies oftype test anxiety questionnaire, group guidance manual, establishment and the effectof group guidance manual inspection.the conclusions contain the following aspects:(1) learning strategies lack of testanxiety scale has good validity of the letter, can filter out high test anxiety andlearning strategies lack of examinee college entrance examination.(2) developed thelearning strategy as the center of test anxiety group guidance handbook, the handbookof the structure mainly includes the using instructions, treatment goals, commonsymptoms, treatment options and content, screening scale of subjects and the theme ofthe questionnaire as well as guidance and process and so on several parts.(3) after theexperimental group and the control group of quasi-experimental research design,carries on the preliminary verification of the effects of manual.. Research found that:○1after system of learning strategies as the center, the group guidance, members of agroup of test anxiety scores compared with a pretest scores, scores have significantdecline;○2Two members of the group after group counseling, learning strategiesscored significantly higher than the previous test scores. Especially to review the teststrategy scores;○3group members at the end of the tutorial, scores increasedcompared with control group, the effect is significant;○4experimental group, thegroup members in group guidance, learning attitude, learning methods and learningmotivation has a lot of ascension, members of the group said more calmly andconfidently participate in the college entrance examination.
