As part of the Open University in teacher education, teacher education systemin our country inevitably by obturation, simplification of the past to open, diversifiedtransformation. Since the mid of1990s, our country paying attention on the problemsin the process of teacher education development, on the basis of a comprehensive,scientifically draw lessons from the successful experience of the world teachereducation development, and the reform of the big strength. In the course of the reform,we must combine teacher education development into the big background of theinternationalization of education, to do teacher education and international level. Inthis paper, based on the normal colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as: in the following text) in Yunnan province for teacher education internationalizationstrategy research.Teacher education in normal colleges and universities in Yunnan province internationalized strategy research. on the one hand, conform to the trend of the development of internationalization of education, to promote teacher education geared to the needs of international development; On the other hand also can largely promote the quality of teacher education in Yunnan province optimization, improve the overall level of education.First of all, the author start from the background of internationalization of education, through the literature analysis method to the internationalization of teacher education and teacher education worldwide literature searching and sorting, thus in the hands of the concept of education internationalization extends to the scientific definition of teacher education internationalization, including the internationalization of teacher education connotation, denotation and its evaluation criteria, this part is the core of this article theory. Is, to emphasize, in this section, the author on the basis of education internationalization standard attempts to build a teacher education internationalization evaluation criteria for the first time, in the form of a quantitative measure of teacher education internationalization degree, this is one of the focuses of this article, is also a big difficulty. In addition, to a certain extent, make the value of teacher education internationalization development and risk assessment.Secondly, according to the related concepts of teacher education internationalization and standard to measure the normal colleges and universities teacher education internationalization level in Yunnan province. That part of the research is based on the above content, namely the internationalization of teacher education on the basis of scientific definition. Through the established quantitative standard of teacher education internationalization, to7in Yunnan province education development of normal colleges and universities teachers evaluation, finally come to the conclusion that its level of development degree, at the same time, normal colleges and universities in Yunnan province the current situation of the internationalization of teacher education system evaluation, and in the process of developing the analysis of the limitation of objective and subjective factors.Finally, return to the concept of teacher education internationalization, keep upwith the trend of the internationalization of education in normal colleges anduniversities in Yunnan province teacher education internationalization developmentoutlook, and put forward the development of the strategic countermeasures andSuggestions.
