With the rise of the knowledge-based economy, countries have accelerated the pace towardsthe learning society. Learning organization is a fundamental part of the learning community.People were surprised to find that the learning organization theory can be applied to all aspects ofsociety, it will certainly provide a new theoretical foundation for secondary teaching and researchbuilding. Existing research on teaching and research building, the majority concentrated in theareas of teaching and research education teaching profession, ignoring the teaching and researchof the internal construction, teachers and teachers’ cooperative learning. Compared with therequirements of the teaching profession, and attribution of emotional needs, respecting the needsof even the demand for self-realization is the teachers really need.
