The activities of kindergarten teaching and research group are an important way and platform for teachers to solve the problems encountered in their daily study work,improve their own professional accomplishment and realize their professional growth,and play an irreplaceable role.So the effect and quality of the activities of the teaching and research group also directly affect the development of teachers to a certain extent.In order to enable teachers to learn,reflect,communicate and practice better and more constantly,the activities of the kindergarten teaching and research group should become a learning organization and a continuous learning organization.situation and needs,so that the activities of the teaching and research group continue to grow and progress.Teachers are able to learn consciously,systematically and continuously with the corresponding system guarantee and support of such teaching and research group activities,and can inspire each other in cooperative learning.Based on the perspective of learning organization theory,this study makes an in-depth investigation on the present situation of kindergarten teaching and research group activities by means of literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and observation method,and finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons behind them,and finally puts forward some suggestions for improvement with pertinence and feasibility.Part one: Question raising.First of all,it expounds the origin of the research,first,building the kindergarten into a learning organization is the key to improve the quality of kindergarten education,second,the activities of the kindergarten teaching and research group need to be improved;secondly,it clarifies the theoretical value and practical significance;finally,it discusses the literature review,the definition of relevant concepts and the research methods in detail.The research method is based on the three dimensions of continuous learning and innovation,teamwork learning,learning support and authorization,self-compiled kindergarten teaching and research group activity status questionnaire,interview outline and observation record form,respectively,349 and 21 teachers were investigated and interviewed,5 sections of teaching and research group activities for detailed observation records.After that,the data and information are analyzed and analyzed to understand the current situation of the activities of the teaching and research group.The second part: the main viewpoint of learning organization theory.Learning organization theory is rich in content,including its connotation,characteristics,models,ways of creation and obstacles,evaluation methods and so on.This study combined with the characteristics of kindergarten teaching and research group activities to extract and summarize three main points of view,respectively,the pursuit of continuous learning and change development,sharing and interaction of organizational atmosphere,flexible management marked by humanization as the theoretical basis of this study.The third part: Analysis of the present situation of kindergarten teaching and research group activities under the perspective of learning organization theory.Through the statistical analysis of the collected data,it is found that the overall status of kindergarten teaching and research group activities is medium,that is,the situation is general.there are differences between the three secondary dimensions of continuous learning and innovation change,teamwork learning,learning support and authorization.the average value from high to low is continuous learning and innovation change,learning support and authorization,and teamwork learning.The status of each secondary dimension is also medium.The present situation of teachers of different ages and different teaching ages in teaching and research group activities is different.The fourth part: Analysis of the existing problems and causes of kindergarten teaching and research group activities under the perspective of learning organization theory.Through the analysis of the present situation,it is concluded that the existing problems of the current activities of the teaching and research group mainly include the fixed form of the activities of the kindergarten teaching and research group in the continuous learning and innovation reform;the lack of questioning of the activity atmosphere of the kindergarten teaching and research group in the team cooperative learning;and the lack of teachers’ awareness of the authorization of the autonomy of teaching and research in the learning support and authorization.Based on this analysis,it is concluded that the objective reason is that the kindergarten has not formed an equal and open organizational climate,and the activity system of the teaching and research group neglects the level of teachers’ professional development and the lack of normal activity of the teaching and research group The subjective reason is the leadership of the head of the garden in leading the activities of the teaching and research group,and the awareness of the teachers professional development of the teachers in the activities of the teaching and research group.The fifth part: the improvement suggestion of the kindergarten teaching and research group activity under the learning organization theory vision.According to the existing problems and reasons of the activities of the kindergarten teaching and research group,this study puts forward strategies from five aspects: creating an equal and open climate of kindergarten organization;constructing a hierarchical system of the activities of the teaching and research group to help teachers grow up professionally;establishing a regular management system for the activities of the teaching and research group;improving the leadership of the director in the activities of the teaching and research group;and promoting teachers’ awareness of professional self-development in the activities of the teaching and research group.
