An Analysis Of The Status Quo Of The Implementation Of Asylum Employment In Xi'an

Xi’an Hui Ling Intellectual Disabilities Service Station (the following will be referred to as the Xi’an Hui Ling). Since it was founded in 2002, has always uphold the "community service" concept. Meanwhile,it has uphold the concept of "community" as guiding thought, and actively explores the intellectual disabilities service patterns of employment. From establishment to now, more than 10 years of Xi’an Hui Ling has accumulated rich experience about intellectual disabilities employment service, also has achieved abundant achievements. This article first analyzes the current employment situation of intellectual disabilities internal and international in the academic research results on the intellectual disabilities in employment, in reference, on the basis of research results, through the information collected by the method of observation and interview, combined with my internship at Xi’an Hui Ling experiences and observations, focuses on Xi’an Hui Ling asylum employment services and implementation of the status quo, mainly including the service provider (instructor) and related staff and service recipients (mental retardation students) working and living conditions. Further comment and analysis of Xi’an Hui Ling in the process of implementing protected employment advantages, characteristics and achievements, and explores the problems anddefects and the insufficiency, thus put forward the improvement of Xi’an Hui Ling protected employment service measures and Suggestions. Hope this articlefor Xi’an Hui Ling will further improve the intellectual disabilities asylum employment service quality to provide a degree of significance, and also hopethat this article can be implemented to our country to explore specific patternadopted by the mentally disabled employment to provide the reference.
