With the development of the law and the social security system for the disabilities, the employment of persons with disabilities becomes more and more important. The pre-job rehabilitation is significant for the disabilities, especially for the intellectual disabilities. The physical rehabilitation is helpful to strengthen the function of organs, and to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation and increase the job opportunity. However, the transition between the physical rehabilitation and disabilities’ employment is formed in China. Researches on this area did not start in China till recent years, and there are few textbooks、teaching content、 equipment、faculty for the physical rehabilitation. There is a huge demand for the physical rehabilitation. Therefore it is more necessary to have the guidance from scientific theory.The author of this paper tries to study on the design of physical curriculum for intellectual disabilities. Using research method of literature、field survey、logical、statistics, the author takes the intellectual disabilities who are in employment as an example. Based on the literature, the author of this paper takes the inspire guidance center of Fujian as the case, analyses the problems of physical rehabilitation in depth, studies the factor of physical curriculum for the intellectual disabilities in the perspective of physical、sensible、personal based on the systems theory of WSR, and designs the content of the teaching for physical rehabilitation. The result of this research shows:(1) Through the teaching experiment, the average index of step test of man and woman increased progressively;(2) The average of woman’s sit-ups increased to24per minute from12per minute, but the average of front support declined. The average of man’s sit-ups is obvious by the P test.(3) the average index of woman’s sit and reach increase0.1, and the standard deviation of prone carried to the body decrease0.70711. The average index of man’s sit and reach increase2.4337, and it’s obvious by the P test.(4) By the research of the case, the author concluded some improvements on the emotions s attitudes、cognition of intellectual disabilities.
