Primary and secondary school emergency in our country has been a prominent problem, emergencies tend to have larger, transmission is fast, the complex shape, the heavier loss, etc. And the school often associated with a large social network, including parents, alumni, teachers, family, school boards, etc. Emergency often turn into a social group events, greatly increase the disposal difficulty and seriously affect the social harmony and stability. Therefore, to perfect our emergency management system of primary and secondary schools is a significant topic. Therefore, the author hopes to emergency management of British primary and secondary schools is introduced and the research, in order to put forward on how to perfect the emergency management of primary and secondary schools in China. This research mainly divided into three parts.In the first part, the main content is the introduction and analysis of emergency management mechanisms of primary and secondary schools.
