The Survey Study On Primary School Teacher In Charge Of Class Management In Shuangqiao District Of Chengde City

Primary school life is an important stage of enlightenment, is the beginning to enter thecampus, primary class teachers play an irreplaceable role. In order to realize thehumanization management in class better, the pupils’ psychology and life need to beunderstood. this thesis chose primary school education in ShuangQiao District of Chengdecity as the research object, using literature method, some questionnaire survey and some otherresearch methods, through the investigation of the nine primary schools in ShuangqiaoDistrict of Chengde City,114teachers and606students of different grades, this thesis studiesclass teachers’ emotional attitude of class management work and cognition of professionalknowledge, organization construction and system construction in the class management,teaching management, student management. As a result, there are some problems in themanagement of primary school teacher in charge of class that individual class teacher is inlack of theoretical guidance to affect class management level, more daily affairs lead to theindividual class teacher lack of patience in class management and individual classmanagement system is still imperfect. for this, the author gives the improving relevantproposals for the development of primary school class management level: class managementshould be on the premise of the emotional education; strengthen the class teacher training toset up the correct management concept; actively develop education action research toenhance the level of the class teacher’ management theory; stimulate students’self-management and competition consciousness; strengthen the small class cadremanagement and carry out a variety of ways of parent-school cooperative to form educationresultant force.
