Jasper once said,Education is a tree shaking a tree,a cloud to promote a cloud,a soul awaken another soul.The education plan should be teacher-centered.As an important indicators to measure the teachers’ professional level,primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations is along with the education reform of our country to adjust and change.The interview link, is a major factor to test whether the examinee is qualified in the whole process of the primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations.Based on the analysis of the current situation of our country’s primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations,the study discusses the problems existing in interviews of the primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations,analyze the components to perfect primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations.Points out to establish and sound the scientific system of the interview in primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations,should set about the following four aspects:standardized the interview training, perfecting the interview process,enriching the content of the interview and enhancing the quality of the interviewers.Meanwhile,strengthen the cultivation of applicant in the education teaching ability aspect, strengthen the theoretical study of related education laws and regulations, so as to adapt the need of education and teaching, and establish the multiple perspectives of the framework about the interview process in primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examination system, continuously strengthen the overall capacity of teachers.The paper finally points out that only constantly improve and perfect the system of the interview in primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations,it can better guarantee the teachers’ professional development, guarantee the quality of the teachers, insure the vigorous development of our country’s education career.This study around the standardization research of the interview link in primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations,from the interview training,organization and process of the interview, the content of the interview and the interviewer four aspects to spread research.The paper contains five chapters:introduction, literature review, practice investigation and analysis of the interview link in primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations,further thinking and suggestion of the interview link in primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations and the conclusion.The first part elaborated the background, the significance, the core concepts and the design and methods of the study,focus on the history of development of our country’s primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations,carried on a simple introduction.The second part summarize an review the related study on teachers’ qualification and interview link in teachers’ qualification examinations of our country,and foreign country’s study on teacher qualification.The third part is mainly analysis the existing problem of the interview link in primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations. Mainly combined with the questionnaire survey,and interview to analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the interviews.From the following four aspects:the interview training, the organization and process of the interview, the content of the interview and the interviewer’s selection and training.The fourth part is mainly based on the current situation of the interview link in primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examinations, looking around the experience of other country, combined with the practical problems in interview link,to explore innovative development path.The last part, conclusion.
