The development of a country is closely tied to the development of education,and the key to revitalize education lies in teachers.At the national education congress in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "to build a modern socialist country,we need to put forward new higher requirements for the construction of teachers,and for the whole party and society to respect teachers and put forward new higher requirements for education" and "to train builders and successors of socialism who are fully developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and labor".It can be seen that in such an era information technology develops rapidly,what we need is the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,and labor talents,the construction and improvement of teachers is also imminent.As the source of the reserve strength of the physical education,the sports normal students are very important to the development of the sports education in our country.Normal university students should not only master solid theoretical knowledge and solid sports skills,but also have good teaching and practice ability.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training of normal university students' teaching ability in the training process.In order to standardize the entry threshold of teachers and strengthen the construction of teachers' team,China's teacher qualification system was comprehensively reformed in 2015.The new teacher qualification examination is divided into two parts:written examination and interview.The interview is an examination of the applicant's educational and teaching ability based on the written examination.Before being a physical education teacher,norrmal university students must take and pass the teacher qualification examination to obtain the teacher qualification certificate.Problems they expose in the teacher qualification interview and deficiencies existing in teaching ability are what to be solved in-depth study.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and logical analysis to study the teaching ability of PE normal university students in teacher qualification interview.The conclusions are as follows:1.Through expert interviews and expert reliability surveys,it is believed that the investigation on the teaching ability of sports normal university students in the interview process is mainly divided into explicit teaching ability and implicit teaching ability.2.Through the analysis of the relationship between the teacher qualification interview scoring criteria and the teacher qualification interview,as well as between the teacher qualification interview and teaching ability,it is found that there is a "one-tomany" and "many-to-one" relationship between the interview scoring criteria and the interview,and each interview focuses on the teaching ability.3.Sports normal university students are mainly male students,and their time to participate in the teacher qualification examination is concentrated in their junior year.Mainly through online video learning,discussion with classmates,daily classes and school library borrowing related books to learn.4.In the interview process,there are the following phenomena:in the course preparation process,students are not familiar with the test questions,do not understand the test questions smoothly,and do not grasp the time of the test preparation;In the structured interview,there are some phenomena such as not using educational knowledge to answer and not understanding the questions;In the simulated teaching,there are some phenomena,such as unclear language expression,traditional teaching mode,incompletion of movement demonstration,and improper grasp of teaching rhythm.In the process of defense,there are some problems such as not being able to answer the questions raised by the examiners accurately and not reflecting on their own teaching.5.In the teacher qualification interview,the physical education normal university students' explicit teaching ability is still weak,which is mainly reflected in the lack of textbook mastering ability,teaching content design ability,analysis ability of key points and difficulties,language expression ability,teaching control ability,explanation and demonstration ability,teaching innovation ability and teaching evaluation ability.The latent teaching ability of normal university students in physical education needs to be improved,which is mainly reflected in their comprehensive professional cognition,weak teaching strain ability and lack of life-long learning ability.6.In view of the existing teaching ability of normal university students in physical education,countermeasures are proposed to improve the explicit teaching ability:"complete,emphasis,analysis,practice and internal" to improve the teaching design ability;All-round assault,improve the teaching implementation ability;Good at summarizing and improving teaching evaluation ability.Strategies to improve new teaching ability:to improve self-identity and lay the foundation of thought;Cultivate teaching sensitivity and enhance teaching wit;Establish the concept of lifelong learning.And put forward the following Suggestions:1.For the normal university students themselves:develop the teaching ability development plan;correct your thoughts and put them into practice.2.For college and university training:adopt a variety of means and models to cultivate the teaching ability of sports normal university students;We will increase the teaching module for front-line teachers.
