With the continuous development of new curriculum reform, dialogue teachingas a way of teaching and the teaching principles, caused an unprecedentedrevolution in teaching objective, teaching ethics, teaching methods and teachingthinking, It is attracting more and more attention. Compared with the traditional wayof teaching, dialogue teaching has the following four characteristics, namely,dialogue teaching is democratic, equal teaching; dialogue teaching is communicationand cooperation teaching; dialogue teaching is interactive, communicative teaching;dialogue teaching is created, generative teaching.As a senior information technology teacher, the author thinks dialogue teachingis a teaching philosophy including values and the methodology, which is inaccordance with teaching ideas and principles of new curriculum reform,it canimprove the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Therefore, the author activelycarries out the action research on dialogue teaching based on the dialogue teachingtheory research, clinged to the core concept of the new curriculum closely. Throughpractice research, the author makes efforts to optimize teaching methods, tomobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students, to strengthen the guidance oflearning method and help students to understand the dialogue, learning dialogue,sharing dialogue. During the process of cooperative learning and independent inquiry,the author tries to change students’ learning style.The thesis mainly focuses on action research on dialogue teaching ininformation technology subject. Through the research the author constructsinformation technology subject dialogue teaching modes adapted to our middleschool reality, lists several typical dialogue types and process of different dialoguetypes, summarizes the related strategy of dialogue teaching in informationtechnology. At end of the thesis, author summarized the two years practice of thedialogue teaching, which proved that the dialogue: teaching can promote theprofessional development of teachers, and can enhance the information literacy ofthe students. So the author thinks the dialogue teaching is suitable for extension in the information technology subject in middle school.
