The rapid development of information technology to education has brought profound changes to education, and then makes people’s learning environment and style gradually transform. In the new learning environment, more diversification about the learning approaches and ways for teachers has made the teachers need more diversity and flexibility of the training. Teacher training form included diversification, personalization and informationization gradually gets the consistent favor of teachers. The hybrid training, as the most effective training and the ultimate development tendency in the corporate training, is o on the basis of the blended learning method. And it has gradually surpassed the single traditional face-to-face teaching and remote training and has been accepted and respected by people. In the most effective way of training and development trend of the ultimate beyond a single traditional face-to-face teaching and remote training accepted and respected. In view of the training objects’ relative homogeneity, whether the blended learning and teachers’ training can organically combine together becomes the hot spot in the field of teachers’ continuing education by the researchers, therefore the related theory and practice research spread.In short, blended learning, i.e. the organic combination of face-to-face teaching and online learning. It aims to make learning easier and more convenient, so as to achieve the best learning effect. In order to understand the current hybrid learning in the applications of teacher training, the applied blended learning elements and basically practical model is analyzed and summarized in this paper. Through the research of teachers’ practical participation condition in the blended learning, and the analysis of the application status of blended learning in teachers’ training and supported conditions, especially focus on the problem that need to be modified and perfected in the application. Relevant theories as guidance to blended learning, the writer puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy and predict the development tendency of the blended learning in teachers’ training, so as to provide some reference for teacher training in the form of exploration and innovation.The paper is separated into five parts to introduce the research process and achievements.The first chapter is the introduction. It includes the research background, significance, ideas and methods, blended learning research status at home and abroad as well as the definition of related concepts and theoretical analysis.The second chapter discusses the blended learning elements and practical model in the teacher training.The third chapter is the analysis of the practical application in the teacher training, preliminary show blended learning in the application status of teacher training and the current support for the application of the blended learning situation.The fourth chapter analyzes the blended learning problems existing in the application of the teacher training, and discusses the improvement strategy, and at the same time the application of blended learning in teachers’ training development tendency is predicted.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and reflection of the whole researchThe innovation of the paper is that it uses related blended learning theory as the instruction, and summarizes and analyzes the elements and the basical model of blended learning in teachers’ training application. To carry out the teachers involved in the blended learning practice research, in order to apply elements as the clue, sum up experience, find out problems, put forward improving strategies, gives the blended learning effective exploration in the teacher training.
