The 21 st century, China’s socialist modernization entered a new stage of building a moderately prosperous society. Maintain sustainable rapid economic growth, promote social harmony, and social development requires a lot of technical talent, but talent is required to train teachers, which teachers need for profound changes occur secondary vocational education, and this is bound to change structure for secondary vocational education teachers put more and higher requirements. According to the "second five" plan proposed new goals of economic development and "long-term education reform and development plan of Heilongjiang Province(2010-2020)," the new target for the development of education in secondary vocational education proposed by the province’s Secondary vocational education teachers make appropriate structural optimization.In this paper, the structure of secondary vocational education teacher in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed. Analyzes the historical development of Heilongjiang province secondary vocational education and secondary vocational education teacher summarizes the structure variation of Heilongjiang Province in the history of the development process; Secondly, the structure of secondary vocational education teachers analyze the current situation, and with the national and other State secondary vocational education teacher structures were compared, it follows the province’s teachers of secondary vocational education gap with the national structure, in terms of age structure, educational structure, the title structure and gender structure there are some problems; and finally the influence province secondary vocational education teacher development structure factors, including the impact of economic, policy and other factors, and on the basis of this study, and improve the structure of secondary vocational education teacher.
