Developing preschool education is the basic guarantee for consolidating the achievements of compulsory education and improving the quality of the people.The quality of preschool education depends on the overall level of preschool teachers,and the key to developing preschool education is to strengthen the construction of preschool teachers.Under the Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan and The "Thirteenth Five-Year" Education Plan in Heilongjiang Province,the construction of preschool teachers is getting more and more attention and has made great progress,but there are also many specific problems in its development that affect the overall level of preschool teachers.To speed up the construction of a preschool teacher team with noble morality,adequate quantity,reasonable structure and excellent business is an urgent requirement for better and faster development of preschool education in our province.In accordance with the idea of "Theoretical foreshadowing-Analysis of present situation-Discussion of problems and causes-Suggestions and measures",this study expands in order.First of all,hackle and research theories related to the construction of preschool teachers by consulting data and literature,including the theoretical basis,specific content and aims of the construction of preschool teachers,these will provide normative standards and more comprehensive exploration of dimensions for construction of preschool teachers.On the basis of theoretical analysis,to explore the current situation of preschool teachers in structure which includes gender,age,professional titles,education,in quality which includes morality,professional philosophy,professional knowledge,professional ability,and in management which includes institutional management,daily management,salary performance and training management by the methods of questionnaires,interviews and statistical analysis.And then find out the specific problems in the internal refinement of the preschool teachers in Heilongjiang Province,such as the structure is not reasonable enough,the quality level is lower and the management is unscientific.The problems are affected by society,history,economy,policy and management,we need to provide solutions focus onproblems by integrating the follow aspects: improving social cognition,improving teacher status,increasing investment,regulating policy orientation and strengthening teacher management,to make preschool teachers have optimized structure,improved quality,strengthened management,and strive to promote the continuous improvement and development of the preschool teachers in Heilongjiang Province.
