With the development of economy and society, happiness becomes an important index to measure the residents’quality of life. In the mid-20th century, with the rise of positive psychology, subjective well-being has become the focus of people’s research field. College counselor is students’mentor and close friends of healthy growth. Their well-being will affect the individual’s occupation belonging sense, relate to the stability and development of the team, and relate to the contemporary college students’physical and mental health, related to the security and stability of colleges and universities and the rapid development of higher education. This paper takes one of the biggest pressures of counselors’occupation development-campus crisis as the breakthrough point trying to understand the campus crisis, crisis coping style of the counselors and counselors’subjective well-being and investigating the relationship among the three aspects and putting forward reasonable suggestions and specific solutions on that basis, improve the coping styles of counselors in crisis events, and improve the adaptability and ability of handling crisis, then enhance the subjective well-being of counselors.This research used questionnaire, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, general well-being scale and synthetically used the literature method, survey method, case interview method to collect data from five universities in Shandong Province in the counselors. In this survey,133questionnaires were distributed,130 questionnaires were recovered, the recovery rate of 97.74% with 130 effective questionnaires, efficiency of 100%. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis to the university campus crisis counselor’s coping style and subjective well-being, draws the following conclusion:(l)College counselors are more inclined to adopt positive coping style, the coping style of college does not exist significant differences in sex, work experience and education dimension.(2)Counselors’subjective well-being is no significant differences in terms of gender, education level, income, work experience, marital status dimension. Further comparison of the data, Female counselors’subjective well-being is higher than the level of male Counselors, Master degree or above in counselors’subjective well-being level is higher than the undergraduate counselors. The low age group counselors’ subjective well-being is higher than the high age group of counselors. Unmarried counselors’ subjective well-being is higher than the married Counselors, subjective well-being of counselors who monthly income more than 4000 is higher than the monthly income below 4000.(3)The crisis was not significant predictive effect on subjective well-being.(4)Coping style could positively predict their subjective well-being. The counselor who used to take positive coping style has high subjective well-being.
