As yoga is an efficient exercise value of sport is recognized, the more and more people began to try to regulate body functions through Yoga exercises, fitness exercise. In addition to absorb the useful essence of modern people see the benefits of practicing yoga very much. Yoga not only can accelerated human metabolism, and can dispel human within extra waste, keep form; yoga practice also can conditioning raised yan, upgrade people inner and external of temperament; Yoga movement also can enhanced body power keep muscle elastic, makes limb get balanced development; practice yoga also can makes people became physical and mental pleasure, character cheerful, life optimistic; Yoga also can prevention and treatment human various physical and mental disease, as: shoulder pain, and partial headache, and cervical disease, and joint pain, and insomnia and digestive system disorder, aspects are has significantly effect. Beneficial effect of yoga are packed and now more and more people have recognized Yoga is a fun, balance, regulating emotions, both inside and outside individuals to exercise.This study selected 2013 Heilongjiang Agricultural Economics College Sports Dance students as research subjects, yoga valid scientific training methods, after extraction, absorption, and integration to try sports dance teaching research, and measurement and analysis cycle training results on the feasibility summarized. Study aims to analyze the impact of yoga on college sports dance teaching, presented to university sports dance teaching content and innovative teaching methods, injection of fresh blood and energy for sports dance teaching.This study is the use of literature, experimental research experiment, questionnaires, data processing method and logical analysis, research Yoga for Sports Dance Teaching. Enhance these indicators will help improve sports dance teaching effect. 2, psychological aspects: After the experiment, yoga classes and regular classes in activity increased, physical and mental calm, there is a very significant difference(P <0.01), there were significant differences(P <0.05) physiological fatigue aspects on the test results positive inputs.Confirmed the implementation and application of yoga practice to promote the prescription of Dance Sport psychological health of students have a positive effect; 3, after the experiment, two groups of objects acquisition feel self-described 13 dimensions, increase flexibility, improve lung capacity, fatigue recovery, confidence Heart enhancement, mood improvement, stress release in these areas was significantly higher than the regular classes in yoga classes, other aspects of the same percentage, indicating the results of experimental measurement tool to measure students’ self-consistent description. 4, height, weight, standing long jump, 800 meters step experiments and are not significantly different(P> 0.05); confirmed dance teaching yoga for physical training part of the body to use remains to be explored further.
