Our country has regarded the college students as the main students for full-time training of education master since 2009. With the development in recent six years, the cultivation of full-time training of education master has become mature. The enrollment of full-time training of education master has expanded with the development of teachers’ education reform in recent two years. In our country, the cultivation of the full-time training of education master has obtained certain achievements in number, but there are still many problems in the quality of cultivation. It is these problems that encourage us to re-examine the development of the developing mode of full-time master, try to rethink the cultivation of full-time master with a new perspective, and try to answer whether we can use a more effective mode to promote the better development of full-time training of education master in our country. In view of this, the paper uses literature method and comparative research method to analyze and study the present situation of the mode of the full-time mater, aiming to build a systematic and reasonable “3+1+2” training mode of full-time education master, and injecting the fresh blood for the development of professional degree of education master.First of all, the paper elaborates the topic selecting background and the significance of the research, summarizing the status of the research and carrying on a review through summarizing the existing studies of the education training mode of master ’s degree. The paper briefly expounds the research thought and methods as well as defines the concept of “master’s degree”, “training mode” and “3+1+2”training mode of master’s degree. Then the paper generalizes the current training mode of education master in China, and through the analysis of the status quo of the current situation summing up the problems such as the training objectives’ area restriction and academic problems, the enrollment pattern’s blindness, the lack of fairness and subject, the non cohesive of cultivating mode, the bias problems of curriculum, the singularity problems of teaching method, the theoretic and singularity problems of evaluation method. In order to provides the reality basis for the following research the paper analyses the cause of problems from four perspectives: the demand of society, culture unit, management system and quality guarantee system. At last, the paper builds the “3+1+2” training mode of education master with four aspects: the guiding ideology, the cultivation target, the form of admission and cultivation. At the same time, in order to ensure the healthy and orderly development of our country’s full-time training of education master and improve the training mode of education master, the author puts forwards some policy suggestions in management mechanism and guarantee mechanism such as the joint training of employing unit and cultivation unit; the cohesion of Undergraduate’s stage and master’s stage; enlarging the autonomy of cultivation unit in selection and training; strengthening the institutional guarantee, founds safeguard, teachers and practice base security. We hope that the development of professional degree of education master would be better.
