Study On The Training Mode Of Master Degree In Full-time Physical Education

With the rapid development of sports industry and sports industry in China,the demand for high-level talents in sports is becoming more and more urgent.It is urgent to build a group of high-level sports professionals,but it is difficult to meet the needs of today's economic and social development.It is an important responsibility for colleges and universities to cultivate sports professionals who meet the needs of economic and social development.Based on the 2015 east China 12 colleges and universities sports professional degree master's education summary report for the study of text,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and comparative analysis and other research methods,the training mode of east China area 12 colleges and universities for research analysis.The research results show that:(1)12 universities in eastern China have set training objectives for full-time master of physical education graduates,but have not set special training objectives for different professional fields and objects.(2)the training process is relatively perfect,but there is no difference between the enrollment form and the academic postgraduate students.The curriculum is relatively perfect,but it tends to be theoretical and the proportion of practical courses is low.Diversification of teaching methods;Professional practice has its own characteristics,but some schools have formalized practice,less than one year of practice,lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation system for assessment methods,and academic degree papers.Both have achieved a team of two tutors,but the proportion of tutors in some schools is not coordinated with that of tutors outside schools,and the number of high-level judges and sports-grade teachers in some schools is small.In addition,there are great differences in teaching facilities,teaching and training venues for books and materials,but they can basically meet the needs of students.(4)the practice bases are rich and varied,among which the front line of physical education is the majority;The number of practice bases in some colleges and universities is basically 10-25,with 68 at the most.In addition,only some of the 12 universities in east China have cooperation with foreign schools.(5)the internal and external guarantee system of educational quality is relatively perfect.Universities against such problems should formulate training objectives with different characteristics,and constantly deepen the reform of the cultivation process,strengthen the development of double tutors,build collaboration platform system,gradually establish a perfect full-time sports master specialized degree graduate student quality guarantee system.
