With "health first" as the guiding ideology,"lifelong sports" as the training center and "happy sports" as the core,the new physical education curriculum standard has established a reform idea that runs through the whole process of education.With the implementation of the new curriculum standards,the concept of "happy sports" has been applied to physical education in primary and secondary schools,and some traditional national sports activities with strong entertainment have also been spread to physical education.Fancy skipping is a traditional sport in China,which has various forms,rich content,strong meditation and interest,easy to be liked by many teachers and students,and has high dissemination and application value on campus.Skipping rope is a school-based course of physical education,and its content can be set according to different levels of students.Whether in content setting or sports effect,it is the leading course of school-based physical education curriculum development that meets the physical and mental development characteristics of students in school.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,experiment,investigation,interview,observation and mathematical statistics,taking No.? Middle School in Urumqi as an example,to study the development and practice of junior high school flower rope skipping teaching materials.Firstly,the research status at home and abroad,the procedures and principles of school-based school curriculum development,and the influencing factors of school-based school curriculum development are briefly described.Then,the background,basis,educational content,screening scheme,practical effect and related factors of the school-based curriculum of flower rope in Urumqi No.? Middle School are combed.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)School-based curriculum development of pattern skipping in Urumqi No.10 Middle School has its unique development background and sufficient development advantages.(2)The influencing factors of school-based curriculum development of pattern skipping in Urumqi No.10 Middle School mainly include the support of principals,the purpose of students' participation,the guidance of skipping experts,the influence of physical education teachers and the school sports environment.(3)In the course of curriculum development in Urumqi No.10 Middle School,the principles of scientificity,characteristics,adaptability and diversity of school-based curriculum development are basically followed.(4)The development and implementation of the textbook "Flower Rope Skipping" in Urumqi No.10 Middle School has gone through the process of development,practice and reflection,but there are still some problems in this process,such as teachers,practice time,students' learning atmosphere and expenses.(5)The successful publication of the textbook "Flower Rope Skipping" in No.10 Middle School in Urumqi has promoted the sharing among teachers,students and schools in various fields,and aroused the desire to participate in school-based curriculum development and improve professional skills and teaching ability.
