In the complicated and changeable international environment, building an innovation-oriented country become the core of national development strategies, meanwhile talents become the core strategic resources of the country’s most vibrant core elements,especially creative talent has become the country’s first strategic resources. Universities as the main position of cultivating talents have the responsibility to cultivate creative talents. However,in view of the development of China’s higher education, development of mass education background and the basis of the specific conditions of our country, the higher education quality is not satisfactory, the cultivation of innovative talent quality is even more worrying. Classroom teaching is the teaching main body status, an important means of survival and development of students, the main channel for training. Therefore, teaching quality is the fundamental factors affecting the quality of teaching and the quality of talent cultivation. Therefore, to cultivate innovative talents we should start with improving the quality of classroom teaching.Based on the current study of classroom teaching to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities, we found that many studies focused mainly on primary and secondary stages of education on the teacher-centered, but the college classes and students have been ignored. So guided by innovative talent training, this paper conducts a system analysis from the college classroom teaching reform and development, taking into account two aspects of both teachers and students, which provide a reference to improve the quality of personnel training.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is about the inquiry Classroom Teaching in Universities innovative talent training target from the theoretical point of view. First, it’s the preliminary definition of innovative talent. Innovative talent is the personality who has innovative creativity, innovation and the ability, with a high sense of responsibility and considerable independence, with broad and professional knowledge, has a healthy physique. On this basis, the analysis is about college classroom teaching requirements of the innovative talents training. And it is embodied as following: teaching objectives paying attention to ability,teaching content paying attention to broad and deepening, the teaching method focusing on diversity, teaching evaluation focusing on comprehensive, construction of teachers focusing on innovation and other aspects. The second part conducts investigation on the cultivation of innovative talents of university classroom practice. It aims to discover the actual teaching problems through questionnaires and classroom observation in a university of Shandong province. The third part is based on the survey results, and analyse thoroughly behavior problems.In teaching goals, teaching objectives irrational missing, tending to target low-level capabilityand the student body missing; in teaching content, founding narrowing and outdated, etc;teaching methods is the main method, classroom discuss inefficient; teaching evaluation departing from the "human body" concept, ignoring the development of teachers and students,too much emphasis on the results; classroom management is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ innovative scattered quality. The fourth part is against the reasons and the current situation, around seven elements of the classroom, exploring the reform measures, to provide practical references. For example, establishing an innovative teaching ideas, including innovative talent, innovative teaching concept, innovative learning concept; setting goals to improve classroom teaching, determining both rational and irrational factors, integrated low-level target high capacity; broadening the scope of teaching content, diluting the boundaries between disciplines and strengthening discipline integration; and diverse portfolio of new teaching methods; transformation the traditional evaluation of teaching methods, and establish the concept of modern teaching evaluation, development modern teaching evaluation methods; the establishment of innovative teachers, improve teachers ’quality innovation, and helping teachers create innovative ambience; the promotion of students’ innovative, independent study, to participate in research training improve students’ scientific thinking and research capacity, to achieve the desired effect.
