College sports service is to point to meet the demand of college students’ sports, related department to integrate the use of school resources of colleges and universities to provide college students sports facilities, sports courses, extracurricular sports, amateur sports training, sports or sports organization, constitution monitoring and construction of sports culture atmosphere of planned and organized, the floorboard of all service activities with a purpose. College sports service satisfaction index model, demand by the students, students’ expectation, perceived value, perceived quality, student satisfaction, students complain, student loyalty of seven dimensions, there is a relationship between direct and indirect effects between them.Satisfaction model is established in seven dimensions measurement index of the hidden variables, including 15 secondary indicators and 58 tertiary indicators.Using structural equation model method of Nanjing university of 500 college students of ten colleges such as survey data of satisfaction index model fitting, and analysis about the present situation of college students’ satisfaction, the results show that:,1) X2=259.67, DF=110,X2/DF=2.36<3, GFI=0.902, IFI=0.868,NFI=0.859, CFI =0.866, the model has good fitting.2) students’ expectation and perception of value, perceived quality and student satisfaction path-coefficients were 0.225,0.623,0.290; Student needs and perceived value, perceived quality and student satisfaction yes relationship was not significant;Perceived quality and perceived value and student satisfaction of path coefficient is 0.464,0.492; Student satisfaction and students complain and student loyalty path coefficient is 0.359,0.257;Students and students complain of loyalty path coefficient is 0.578.Student perception of sports service quality to a great extent, positive influence to their satisfaction; The expectations of students of sports service directly affect the satisfaction on one hand, on the other hand, through the role of perceived quality indirectly affect satisfaction; Students of sports service satisfaction degree is higher, the less complain, more are more willing to enjoy the school sports service; Overall student satisfaction score is not high, and with the category of colleges and universities, students’ gender, grade, political affiliation, students and professional categories.
