In the development of vocational education,the teacher is the key.And double-qualified teachers is the core strength of vocational teachers,is the sticking point of the key.After 2008 storm fortifications of Guangxi Vocational Education and the national Reform and Development of secondary vocational education model school building began in 2011,secondary vocational schools of Guangxi have developed rapidly in recent years,regardless of quantity and quality have been greatly improved.The weak of double-qualified teachers become a fundamental factor,restrict the development of vocational education and the quality of talent cultivation.Thus,in the Guangxi Department of Education for the various secondary vocational schools teaching assessment, require that professional double-qualified teachers to reach a certain percentage (2008 Guangxi vocational education teaching quality assessment required to achieve 80%,in the national Reform and Development of secondary vocational education model school required to achieve 85%).Now,take vocational school double-qualified teachers as object to do depth and systematic research and find ways to improve the secondary vocational double-qualified teachers’ performance management system.This text,sort out for the basic concept of vocational education and performance management theories,sample with school Y,which is on the basic of the domestic and foreign research, and use the methods of literature,questionnaire and interviewing to investigate and study the situation of vocational school overall and double-qualified teachers,to in-depth analysis the existing problems of secondary vocational schools double-qualified teachers’performance management.According to the five steps in the performance management (performance planning, performance guidance, performance assessment, performance feedback, performance incentive),trying to improve the existing system,in order to achieve the combination of qualitative and quantitative of double-qualified teachers’performance management,and it does good to school Y’s efficiency of management,and also provide a useful reference for similar schools.
